Over the past few weeks I have been making numerous calls to all types of Doctors offices and Pharmacies and Insurance providers. It has been incredibly frustrating. Then I called run-a-muk to board my dog Aspen and I could not believe the level of customer service! To actually talk to a person without the regular loop of "press 1, press 2" is remarkable but even more than that every person who has answered the phone or spoken to me in person since your opening has been knowledgeable, professional and customer friendly. I wish I knew everyone's name so I could thank you all personally, but know that your efforts are noticed and appreciated."

"Bella, my big, rowdy girl, came in on Friday wound up from not being able to walk in the snow. I picked her up on Sunday and she was mellow and revived."
"I can barely hold on to Maggie, my energetic 2-year-old Australian Shepherd/Border Collie. When we arrive at run-a-muk, she is so excited to come to daycare 3 days a week that I don't get a second look when I leave. I pick her up at the end of the day happy and tired. The staff is great and treats Maggie like their own dog. Well worth the money!"
